Information for authors and attendees

Manuscripts

The length for manuscript contributions is limited to 2 pages. Please follow the guidelines in terms of page format and font, by using the template: Template JNRSE 2023

Once the manuscript accepted, the author will be informed on whether the presentation will be oral or poster.

Oral presentations

Regular talk duration is fixed to 15 minutes of presentation followed by 5 minutes for questions.

Registrations

Registration will be free for doctoral students and post-doctoral fellows proposing a paper and free for invited speakers. The prices for other participants are given in the menu "Registration".
